We hope you love everything you purchase from our downtown East Lansing sister stores or on this website, however, returns are happily accepted within 30 days of purchase for exchange, store credit (in-store only) or full refund. Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused in any way and in its original packaging. Posters, plants, gift certificates as well as all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned either online or in store.
In-Store Purchases:
If you wish to return something purchased at either of our downtown East Lansing stores, the return must be made in person, with a receipt. Store credit from in-store returns may only be used in-store at Mad Eagle or Clever Clover. If you bought an item in either of our downtown East Lansing sister stores, it can be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of original purchase to the store in which you made the original purchase.
Online Purchases:
If you’d like to make a return or exchange for a website purchase, you will need to request a return authorization from us before sending back your items. Please email us at madeagle.cleverclover@gmail.com with a description of the nature of the return and your order number. We will provide further details on how to complete your return via email. Shipping is non-refundable. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipment.
